Culver's Root (Veronicastrum virginicum)

Culver’s Root is absolutely a bee magnet. It has multiple unbranched stems that reach 5' tall. The stems are topped late June through July by spikes of densely clustered white to light pink tubular flowers, described as ‘candelabra-like’. Culver’s Root is best grown in full sun so it will stand without flopping. It likes consistently moist, well-drained soil. It is a great addition to create height in your garden.
